

In the past, I've waited months for a followup that was supposed to take two days, and when I followed up with them, they had no record of any followup being promised.

Unfortunately, the way these reps work is they get tired of dealing with your issue, so they promise a followup so they don't need to deal with you anymore. If you're dealing with anyone else, you won't hear back. If you were dealing with her, you would have already heard back. I'm dealing with one specific rep right now who is really good about following up, but she's the only one that has been for many years. And in regards to getting that followup, don't count on it. I've reported it to eBay, but it's one of the issues they can't figure out. Ive had ebay dump messages as well as listings Im in the process of. Select Store categories under Listing details and click the Update listing button.

Select the listings that you want to move. It's been better the past few months (not perfect, but correct more of the time, and only off by one or two when it's off). To move listings to other categories: Go to My eBay > Active Listings. When this occurs, if I continually refresh (with nothing new added, removed, or sold in between refreshing), the number will actually change. I very rarely search my own store, but I do view it, and I've noticed for probably close to a year that the item count is often lower than it should be.
